The soundtrack ‘Koriko’ is so powerful and emotional. The composer did an excellent job cos this is the first Yoruba movie I have watched in years that brought tears to my eyes. I give you twale for a job well done kenny George. From scripting to casting and soundtrack, it was ?????? . To the cast and crew, thank you for delivering as always especially Jide Awobona and Adedemeji, you guys are born actors. PLEASE I would love it if the composer of the soundtrack could release the song cos it’s really captivating and emotional

This is a thought provoking story, the earliest we realized what we do will be accounted for, the better for us in decision making. 1. Ronke betrayed the love she nurtured with Akeebu because of distractions from her senior sister. She lied to the love of her life at the time and swore. Lesson 1: do not swear no matter what. Let your yes be yes and no be no.Richard’s wealth was transferred to Ronke dubiously, and she lived a miserable life taking care of a blind child from birth till she died. Lesson 2: whatever you unjustly snatched from a person or people has it’s own consequences.Akeebu has a good heart and focused in his life, and the blessings of God toward him came to pass despite all the hardship. Richard lost half of the property he acquired to Ronke. Remember Richard married a woman abroad that made him obtained his residency/ citizenship abroad. Who knows what course and bad feelings the woman left with him, although we didn’t know how he died. Lesson 3: Never use and dump any body be it male or female for their spirits will fight for them even if they dont.Ronke’s sister: The master destiny dislocator. She even had the guts to call Ronke’s son bastard, Ahh, this life is full of wonders! She never lived to enjoy the fruit of her labor. Lesson 4: what you sow you reap.Ronke: Despite all she did living a religious life, her punishment was waiting for her, she lived with fear, and despair, despite how rich she was, and died a painful death, and her corpse was humiliated, disgraced, and rejected by earth, who knows what awaits her at life after death. Summary: Be good, try to live a good life despite the circumstances against you, be contented, be honest, and compassionate. May our God lead us to the right path

This story is soooo deep! God will always find a way to fulfill his promises. If Ronke had not married the rich guy, the promise wouldn’t have been fulfilled because it was the rich guys riches that became fortune for Akeebu later. But since Ronke chose to betray both guys she had to face the consequences even though her betrayal is the only way for God’s promises to be fulfilled in Akeebu’s life. The boy being born blind might be as a result of the abortion pills she took, but it’s also an additional punishment for Ronke for even planning to disrupt the work of God by considering abortion. Story yii o deep gan ni. Kenny George, sis you’ve done it again! E ku ise opolo. Opolo yin o ni baje. Your well of story writing will never dry. Thanks for ministering to us once again.?
