@ellouiseroe excuse me? Harvey is not physically small and Katie is – his behaviour can and will be very challenging at times and it could be both a danger to Harvey and Katie. How could you judge someone who clearly loves heir child so much? He is much bigger than her and therefore May need extra help that residential care can provide
