With real estate being one of the most expensive transactions a person will be involved in emotions can get high when things go wrong.  Inevitably the question is asked who should I sue for the cause of this problem with my real estate transaction?  While it is easy to talk about suing the actual act of filing a lawsuit can be an expensive and drawn out process therefore it is best to see if there are alternative modes of recovery or is filing a lawsuit indeed makes financial sense.  After attorney’s fees, court filing fees and more the amount a person who files the lawsuit may not be much so it pays to make sure it is worth it before filing suit.
