HOW TO USE :
- Add 4 – 5 drops to the diffuser/ humidifier in your room
- Add 2 drops of Essential oil to a basin of warm water and use for steam inhalation.
Mix 30 drops of the Essential Oil in 50 ml of base oil and apply. For kids under 5, reduce it to 10 drops in 50 ml of base oil.
