Parmele Massage and Fitness LLC is run by Jalen Parmele, a retired NFL athlete turned Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer. He is inspired to give advice on exercises and stretches, and anatomy of the muscles and ways to foam roll. The blog currently contains rotator cuff rehab exercises, gluteus maximus workout methods, resistance band leg workouts and much more.  The goal of this blog is to make people understand how certain muscles work and ways to get some pain relief. Content, as well as videos, are provided in this blog for the benefit of the people.
