If you are looking for any printer issue why my scanner is not connecting to my computer problem is because the Scan to PC setting is disabled either. Another reason why the scan function may not work can be that the full drivers are not installed on the system or PC. Then, restart both the PC and the printer or peripherals and try scanning again using HP Printer Scan.
