What You Should Be Setting Up After Buying A Home

After Home
After Home

When buying a home the new homeowner should make sure to setup all the services necessary to keep the home running.  Services like electricty and water will generally be shut off right away by the seller as they no longer want to pay for service at a home they just sold.  With some companies for power and water the new homeowner should be contacting the providers ahead of time to make sure they are turned on in time as some providers can take a couple of days to complete the work order.  New homeowners do not want to face moving into a new house with no power or water come moving time so some of those services may even need to be setup before the home sale is completely closed.
