Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has poked fun at sacked manager Jose Mourinho with a provocative post on social media.
The now-deleted post shows the French World Cup winner sporting a cheeky and quizzical expression, with the tagline “Caption this!”
The pair have had a series of public feuds all season, with Mourinho stripping Pogba of the Manchester United captaincy in September before dropping his talisman for several key encounters, including Sunday’s humiliating defeat to rivals Liverpool.
Mourinho’s defensive style of play also received a dig from the 25-year-old, his #heretocreate hashtag a reference to the Frenchman feeling stifled in his role at Old Trafford as well as an Adidas slogan.
