Even though I’m a full blown adult there are moments in my life when I feel like a big girl. A couple of days ago I started an injection therapy to hopefully reduce inflammation in my lower spine and get back to wearing my prosthetic leg. Today I administered the shot myself (which I’ll be doing for the next 5 days)- can barely sit on the only butt cheek I have – but this big girl move needed to be celebrated with some hot chocolate and a lemon tart – pain management can be both physically and emotionally draining so to anyone who can relate I’m here to tell you , you got this! #mamacax
