Yesterday I got a massage in a cave and swam in turquoise water… Alone. (& It was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life!) Doing things by myself isn’t something I normally try, but this trip I decided to start learning how to enjoy my own company. The heat and my anxiety kept trying to convince me to stay in my room, and I’m so glad I pushed through those feelings bc my fat ass deserved it! ? Mexico has stolen my heart! ? #beyourownbestfriend
