What Needs To Be Disclosed When Selling A Home?

The home disclosure form is an important form that home buyers look to in order to understand the physical condition of a home.  Home sellers need to be accurately filling out the home disclosure so the buyer can know what to expect and offer accordingly.  Inaccurate home disclosures can result in dissatisfied buyers walking away after inspection or worse suing the seller for failing to disclose something critical after the purchase has closed.
