Marcella Zoia – Chair throwing woman off 45th floor Toronto balcony released on $2,000 bail

Marcella Zoia, 19 who was caught throwing a chair from the 45th floor balcony of the high rise in Toronto has been bailed $2,000 after turning herself in to the Police and following a Court appearance
