Almost every single real estate agent is going to request a buyers pre-approval letter before showing them property. However, oftentimes buyers don’t understand and sometimes are even offended when this information is requested. Well, buyers should never be offended and need to understand this is part of the home buying process. Believe it or not, there are buyers who aren’t actually buyers and just want to look at homes for sale. One of the ways to determine if a buyer is actually looking to purchase a home is if they’ve been pre-approved for a mortgage.
